Installing V6 Calipers on a SE
I feel like asking a question like "How many clyinders does my accord have?" or "Where does this wire go?" Sorry I've have been just going through the posts and laughing.
So I want to do a brake swap. The dust shields are smaller than the V6 calipers shiels. Should I keep the ones I've got. or buy new from dealer? Just wanted to know if any one had done this? I checked the FAQ and no pictures. I might make a post with pics for howto...

Most people just remove the shields altogether and have had no problems even on race tracks with the stock rubber brake lines, although you might want to invest in a braided steel set. If you want to stick with the shields you'd probably have to get a V6 set because if I recall correctly they have a lip at the edge that bend in towards the rotor.
I did the NSX caliper swap, didn't touch the shields at all.
V6 brackets
V6/Wagon Rotors
NSX calipers (though V6/Wagon calipers and Legend calipers work too)
NSX pads
Direct swap, the Earl's brakelines I had for the Accord fit, but were stretched almost to a point of too much, the stock rubbers probably would work.

Yeah now that I have a H22 brakes are a issue. The brakes don't respond quick like in the event of a sudden stop. I can stop if needed but I do not get the results I want. I would assume a new BMC would help. My bearings have been greased and spin fine.
You may actually just want to look at flushing the brakes completely with fresh fluid, getting some new Brembo blank rotors, some decent pads (like Hawks) , and *maybe* stainless lines.
I wager that'll be more than sufficient.
However I will tell you that my braking setup was ridiculously awesome, car stopped on a dime over and over. New owner loves it.
