Default Chipped P28 to P73???

I'm fairly new to the Honda game guys and got a question. I bought a 98 DX hatch with a B18Cr swap in it. All stock other than Buddy Club Spec III cams. It has a OBDII-OBD1 harness on it with a chipped P28 and it runs like crap, until I have the time and money to finish the car and get it to a dyno can I just put a P73 Type R ECU in it and go? It should run just fine right? Only thing that worries me is I don't have the secondary 02 sensor or knock sensor....

No, not with those cams. Save up quickly and get it tuned properly... or put stock cams back in it if you want to run the stock ECU.
