Default D15 wiring harness

Hey guys just picked up a 89 crx, it's missing alot but I got it down too needing gas tank, radiator and wiring harness. I found a 92-95 civic sohc vtec harness for $20 will this work for my car? I might do the mini me later, so I canbuse the plugs. But when it comes to wiring, I'm a little lost. I gotta know asap so I can grab this before it's gone.
Thanks

NO, it will not work. get the harness that is meant for your car.
88-89 dx get a dx harness from the same year crx
88-89 si get a si harness from either year 88 or 89
88-89 hf get a hf harness from either a 88 or 89 hf

if you are running a DPFI system there is another option. you can get an entire harness from an 88 or 89 crx si:
-engine harness
-dash harness
-main hanress
-rear cabin harness

doing this will convert you to mpfi, as long as you pick up the intake manifold, throttle body, distributor and resistor box.

all the harnesses i listed for you should run less than $30 for everything at the local you pull it. i pulled my complete harness for 25

I'm going to stay with the dpfi, I bought the car for gas. I drive 90 miles a day. I guess I'll have to look up the vin to find out which motor it had. I'm only missing the harness in the engine compartment. Rest is all still there.
Thanks guy I really appreciate the help!
