i have illuminas with progress springs and i sit just like that. tire is flush. i have it set on 4 in the front and 3 in the rear, could probably do 3 in the front. ride is awesome. if they are used make sure you get the original purchase receipt for warranty stuff.

 

Just took a 12 year old set of Illumina's off of my civic. Worn out? Yes. Not leaking a drop though. Car hasn't racked up much mileage in the last few years, but over the years has seen plenty of drag/autocross/daily driving/potholes etc. and even 900lb/in rear springs at the strip. They get my vote as long as you don't overslam it.

One piece of advice... get or make extended top hats. The shocks have a stock length stroke and will ride A TON better if you do this mod.
