Hello, I recently hit 100k miles and wanted to post my car all polished up, due to recent weather I never got the chance. Anyone else get some snow action?

 

I got some snow action here in NJ. My car is a mess and I've been driving on salty roads since. I'm freaking out about rust and and the ice on my paint and ect.

 

I'm so sick of snow. ITRs in snow make me hate it even worse!

 

Yea paul I took mine through the car wash the other day. I try to get it washed once a week to prevent rust. The snow has melted enough for me to get down to the main road. I drove it for a little over an hour today, went to see a movie. Snow doesn't keep me grounded for too long here.

 

think its snowed like a total of an inch here... and they sanded the **** out of the roads...

 

haha you guys don't want to know how much it snows in my part of the world...

 

i have lots of snow and my roads are covered in salt. gotta love NY

 

That's Floridian snow, correct!? Do you even sell snow shovels or have street plows down there!?

yea here in VA we got about 6-10inches.... keeping the itr in the garage until its all clear...

Sure is. They get the warm garage space...my wife wishes her car had some warm garage space, but she understands.

 

LOL I went down to texas the first week of December and our flight was delayed for 2 hours
because Houston got hit with snow. It wasn't that much but they don't have snow plows
and schools were all canceled.

Looks like you got a couple inches in NC. We just got dumped on last week here in Utah with
about 6 inches.

I usually don't drive to much in the snow because of the the stupid Utah drivers.

 

Is that your eg too Tyrant?! If so we got a lot in common, i have 00-201 fbp and my dd or winter car is a eg! Thats exactly how my garage looks! Mrs.201 stays clean! and my eg does the dirty work!

haha, yup. The black eg in the reflection of the R is my project car. The blue EJ getting **** on by snow is my DD chitbox. I rebuilt a stock SOCH vtak for winter abuse.

 

Im quite the opposite actually. My project EH is in storage, staying warm and unharmed. My Py type R is my DD. One day the Py will be retired from DD and become my next project.
