Hey guys, I'm having problem with my exhaust. First of all it's a rattle coming from the baffle. I had to install a baffle on my Tanabe Concept G due to the fact that I get complaints from the noise. I got the baffle they told me that will work for the exhaust.

I did bolted the baffle in the exhaust. But when the car idles it rattles like crazy. Like spoon to spoon type. The exhaust a bit quiet alright. But the rattle drives me crazy. Anyone had this problem?

Maybe the increased compression is causing other parts to rattle on the exhaust. Or is it the baffle rattling against the inside of the muffler?

 

I checked it out and found out that the baffle and the tip of the exhaust are rattling hitting each other. I mean theres really not MUCH room in there. But it's coming from there. I made sure the bolt is tight and it's still doing it. I also made sure I got the ride part number from Tanabe ... Any fix for this? Maybe putting another bolt on opposite side of the existing one will help?
