Default CTR pistons

I just wanted to know if CTR pistons would fit on LS rods? What other rods would I be able to use that are similar to Ls rods? Tryng to do some research for my ls/vtec build if that matters...

The will fit ls rods with minor modification. I'm not sure the exact amount that has to be shaved off of the small end of the rod.
