Default No spark no fuel, sohc zc. Help?

Hi, my car won't start and I need your guys help if you can please. here's the symptoms;
No spark, no fuel
Engine turns over
Fuel filter is not old, nor the spark plugs, new fpr
The other day on the freeway the check engine light came on, I pulled over and shut off the car and then it did not want to start, ut it did a few tries later.
A few days before this I started it and it died 3 seconds later. The day I discovered it wouldn't start it did the same but then just did not start anymore.
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks

edit: And for about the past year I've had cold start issues

Sounds like an expensive way to try to fix a problem.
Igniter would account for no spark and FPR set low for the fuel but the main relay will give you both problems at the same time,I would try checking the main relay first before replacing the dizzy.
I think 32-35psi should be good for fuel pressure.

Main relay, oK
My mechanics cool, he's going to let me return the igniter for credit on the whole distributor
