Default 4 lug type-r suspension????

so i've been looking for disc brakes to throw on my hatch
i came across this guy who said he had some

all around with polyurethane bushings and braided steel brake lines

he said they're off a type-r but they're 4 lug

i was under the impression type-r suspension came with 5 lug?

he said the obd 1 versions came 4 lug?

can anyone help me verify this?

thanks

The older type R came with 4-lugs. It's 4x115?? It's not the same lug pattern as the standard civic.

Fast-brakes also sells replacement rotors for them (here). Previously I think it was a bit of a PITA to find rotors.

I know accords and Preludes have that lug pattern but its doubt full the rotors work..> Although the NSX rotors fit on the 5 lug Type R (in front) so you may look in to the accord/prelude rotors

I'm pretty sure they don't fit, I could be wrong though. I know some people have 4x100 rotors redrilled for 4x114.3. It seemed like too much of a pain to me back when I was looking for brakes, so I just went with a FastBrakes front/rear setup.

no they will not work accords are "hub over rotor" and type r's are "rotor over hub"
