Icon2 IAC Going Bad?

Hi folks. So I drive the Honda Pilot to town this morning and notice it is idling high when sitting stopped in drive. Around 1100 or so, and yes it is warmed up. Put it in park and it does what you see in the video I took. Doing some research I guess this is somewhat common? Just want a second opinion. Thanks.

Oh, after I noticed the symptoms I restarted the engine and it ran fine.

It couldn't hurt to clean it. Just spray somecarb cleaner through it and see of the screen is plugged up.
