so im running a 2001 integra gsr with a ls bottom end..im trying to find a manifold that will allow me up keep my full-core radiator, a/c ect... also im doing a budget build... so any help would be greatfull...all input welcome

 

manifold AND turbo will have a large effect on keeping full core and ac.
what is your power goal and turbo size you are looking for?

im not looking fr big numbers, just over 240 to be honest, i want to keep it a daily driver..i was looking at sheap log type...but i here they crack or break...
