Default slave cylinder, pressure plate or isb? Need experienced help

b16 engine/ hydro transmission in 93 civic. So a few weeks ago i started getting some shuddering when engaging in first, and shifts were noticeably harder to go into gear. A couple weeks pass, and one day on the way home, after a couple of spirited shift,s the clutch is barely disengaging/doesnt start disengaging till almost to the floor. my master clutch cylinder had a small leak, so i repalced it, hoping it was the problem. I adjusted the new master cylinder after it was on the car AND bench bled it. still have a problem. so heres the kicker -

I had my wife press and hold in the clutch and start it in gear. I could hear the clutch bruching against the flywheel. I took a long pipe and was able to leverage the fork lever even further than the slave cylinder was pushing it, and the clutch FULLY disengaged. I did this a couple times to be sure. The funny thing is that after doing this, the clutch was disengaging normally- i was able to back it out of the driveway and shift a few times driving down the block- and then it started acting up again,. Not fully disengaging. so now im not sure.

so again- slave cylinder (though i can find no leaks), pressure plate or
isb?- its made a whirring noise when clutch is engaged and transmission is out of gear (been like that since i got it a few years ago) so isb is a possibility too i think. Hoping to get a few opinions before tearing out the tranny
