Default got brake hoses replaced and now no pressure after bleeding

ok so long story short I replaced my brake hoses and forgot to replace the crush washers. Im going to replace them in the morning. Will not having them on cause the brakes not to build pressure while bleeding them? It builds when the car is turned off but not on.

Any help would be great

the crush washers act as the banjo fitting seal. two washers per fitting need to be replaced with new ones (be sure they're super clean. a little bit of dirt or grit can keep it from sealing properly).

that should allow you to build pressure.

Yeah I replaced them today and everything worked right. The brakes still don't grab real good though but I think it's because the rotors are shot.
