FS: a3 tranny, dirt cheap!!!
I got ep3 tranny w/ bad clutch, so-so flywheel, and wearing out 3rd gear synchro. No leaks/No damage/No grinds, just requires extra push to get into 3rd(especially down shifting). So, it's up for sale at $200obo(SOLD) . Also have ep3 shifting box at extra charge if you need one. Prefer local pick up near chicago IL. or willing to meet if around 1 hr. drive. No trade, need cash quick. Sorry for no pic, cuz it's at the shop. Make me any offer, lowballers're cool too.

you dont need a pallet. ive shipped multiple trans in boxes before through fedex. its usually around 40. i just wrap it in bubble wrap, go to fedex and buy the 2nd biggest box and out it goes.

actually, the tranny came out on scale just over 92lbs. and ups/fedex both came up around $70ish as estimate. that's not including the bubble wrap, tape, and small piece to hold the bottom... I really don't wanna send it and get complaint about it being damaged and all, plus as mentioned above, it's got worn out 3rd synchro, which I didn't know at the time I sold it to you... so I felt bad about it too... I never sent something this heavy and don't really think normal box can hold it up in one piece. And as I mentioned through our negotiation, if the shipping went way over, I would back out. now I sound like a d*ck...

cool, i'll call local fedex and ask them personally to see what exactly would this come out to be. Like I said, it's not gonna work out if the shipping goes over $40 w/o shipping materials, and that's me paying for shippng supplies out of my pocket.

well, just double checked the quote from fedex and it's 68 for ground delivery... and they said they don't have any box to fit the dimension of tranny??? and madison's like 2.5 hrs. away... don't really wanna drive there, sh*t, I just made a f*kin' mess...
