i cracked the screen on the navigation in my 04 acura tl , and was wondering if there was a way to get just the screen replaced? because it still works and i can see the maps and work around with the ****. or is there a plastic block off unit where i can take out the navi and have a clean black plastic thing to cover that spot... the cracked screen is driving me nutts!!!

 

Your only option is to replace the whole thing or find a computer savvy person who can replacescreens, but they'll have to remove your old screen to find out the dimensions and type of screen you've got.

I have one of those stupid flip down DVD players in one of my cars and when the screen got spots from extreme cold weather, I had some computer nerd replace it for me. I don't remember how much parts were, but it was less than a hundred bucks.
