I hope this is the right forum to post the ? A local CL ad has Bride seats in VGC priced at $600. I'm a little wary of $2000 worth of seats for such a price. How can I tell they are authentic? I asked for a receipt and he said he was the 2nd owner so no paper. I'm probably not going to bother with them unless I can find a definitive answer to this question. Thanks for any input!

 

If they're fairly recent, it's a safe bet they're Chinese/Taiwanese. Even the "authentic" ones have been made there.
