How can you tell if its a benson sleeve...look all over the block did not find anything or any stamp. Just saw like 3 letter or 2 letters and a number where the block number is at. search but did not find...need help ..going to buy one used...thanks

 

I do believe the newer one's are stampped. you might wanna give them a call.

 

I asked for mine to not be stamped so it can be tough to ID them....

 

The logo gets cnc'd in on most every block. Benson has been doing this for about 5 years now. All blocks have this done to it unless requested not to which does not happen very much at all. Different blocks get them in different places. Most the the time though they are along the bell housing side, very noticeable. On a B series engine it would be on the flat surface below the enine code pad.

 

check the block where the power steering pump mounts, that is where mine is
