Removing speaker covers in 94 civic?

Removing speaker covers in 94 civic?
I need to replace my 6 1/2's in my civic but can't take the damn speaker cover off. I know i'm supposed to take out the 3 screws to release the speaker but the COVER is in the way. Does anyone know how to get it off??

In the front or back? In the front just put your fingers under the cover and pull. There are just clips that hold it in. It'll pop right off. Same thing the back.
Although I have a feeling that the speakers are 5 1/4. That's what they are in my '94 anyway. I think they are all the same. Good luck.
