Currently I have a ls/vtec fully built all motor. its 13.8 compression and use 110 octane gas. can i switch fuels to E85 ethanol and re-tune it?

 

I think your going to need to change your fuel pump to a bosch style one, and possibly change your injectors to bigger than what you have right now, im somebody who is more informed on this will chime in and help.

 

Some fuel pumps may have issues with it and there is no consensus on the long term effects of it on old style fuel lines, etc. Other than that, you just need to make sure you can increase your fuel rate by 30% or more. It also burns slightly slower than regular gas, so the timing cure will change a bit.
