Default GSR swap Cutting off suddenly more than once ?!?!?!?

Ok ... Here's the run down ---- I have a GSR swap in my 90 crx Si and it was running great till today. I was headed to lunch from work and as i left a red light the car started to sputter bad and had NO throttle responce ( thought the cable came off ) then it cut off and my main fuel pump relay was clicking when i pulled over car still on BATT on ignition. So i cut it off and looked it over seen nothing wrong. Tried starting it back up and just turns over unless I feather the Gas Ped. then it will start and run. Well I changed out the RELAY and on the way home tonight it did it again same thing relay clicking when car shut off. So I give it gas and it starts back up. ----------------------------- Now to the swap details to help out on trying to solve this---------
It's a GSR in a 90 CRX Si, BONE STOCK with cam gears , Y1 Cable trans, BUT I AM RUNNING ON A PW0 ECU AND HAVE NOT JUMPED IT TO OBD1, OBD0 B16 INJECTORS with resistor box, ALSO as the swap is new the Vtec is not wired in yet as for the knock sensor but I DO NOT REV THE CAR PAST 4k. Still trying to get the Vtec done .... ANY BODY KNOW WHAT THIS MAY BE I'm lost I thought it was my fuel pump but that doesn't seem to be it or it wouldn't run like it does or so I think. PLEASE ANY HELP WILL BE TAKEN WITH OPEN EARS AND ARMS !!!!! THANKS GUYS IN ADVANCED

Any codes?

If not, I'd start by looking for a loose connection in the harness or a bad splice somewhere. I have fixed a lot of swaps that ran fine for a while, then a crappy splice came loose. Also pay close attention to all of your grounds - a bad one can really screw up the signal from a sensor.

Good luck.

Apparently, he doesn't consider checking the harness to be helpful . . . . whatever.

That's been done several times. No loose grounds. It seems to loose fuel pressure. The relay under the dash behind the hood latch clicks untill I turn the key off. But then after the key is off the car will fire right back up. sorry i'm just frustrated with this because it's my D.D. and this motor is brand new i guess just has bugs to be worked out ... Thanks

If you are losing pressure, its either the fuel pump or a related electrical issue.

If you have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, it may need a new diaphragm. When they go bad, the fuel pressure can drop considerably.
