Ok I have a 91 Si. I want to swap an LS motor with a hydraulic tranny into it. I know i need motor mounts, jumper harness?, and a hydro tranny conversion kit. But what i dont know is what jumper harness do I need. (is it the same harness for a 96 LS and a 00 LS motor?) Also do I get the tranny conversion kit for a DA to DC? Or which one?

Please list anything else I need.

i'm not going to spoon feed you everything you need, but i will answer the other specfic questions you had. i presume you will be running obd1 so you will need an obd0 to obd1 jumper, like so.

you get the tranny conversion for an ed/ef seeing as how everything else 92 and up (eg, ek, ej, etc) is already hydro to begin with.

to use the b-series trans you will also need an appropriate shift linkage
