Default CRX turbo D16 borgwarner

Hey guys im just starting to use the honda-tech.com site more often and thought it'd be a good idea to intro myself and my car properly
anyways the names Laka Hang, any other info you can find it on my facebook: http://www.facebook.com/#/profile.php?ref=name&id=214000796
Now with this setup im looking for a good 250whp at 11-15psi on 93 octane. Im not too much into trying to build an ultimate track car, if i was i would of gotten something different, still got the d series love though, especially because if i blow i can always drive down to the local junkyard and pick one out for almost nothing. My original plans were to make my CRX along with this build a nice daily driven car and setup. Now don't get me wrong, i'm not spending all this money just to make only 250whp. That was only what i wanted for the street. Ill probably aim for 400whp @ 26 psi on 109 octane just to say that i did it and that i can.

Block

-GE Blockguard
-Vitara 75std pistons
-hastings rings
-Eagle H beam Rods
-arp rod bolts
-Micropolished and balanced crankshaft(already been Mag'd to check condition)
-clevite oversized rod bearings
-honda oem main bearings
-hot tanked and machined at my school(UNOH)

-arp head studs
-3 angle valve job
-Skunk2 Intake Manifold
-Golden Eagle Fuel Rail
-RC 750cc injectors
-Hondata IM gasket
-Skunk2 70mm Throttle Body
-hot tanked and machined at school(UNOH)
-Vision 5-bolt Cam Gear

-Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator

Drivetrain
-LUK gold oem flywheel
-Stage 5 Competition Clutch sprung 4-puck(i have this laying around and not using it cuz it is 21 spline tranny, is still got the dx trans or what ever it is)
-xtd stage 3 clutch(20 spline tranny sucks, this is why im using this untill i can find an si cable trans)

The Goods

-Plx m-300 Wideband
-BorgWarner s259 extended tip
-custom top mount turbo manifold
-ridiculously huge ebay knock off Intercooler and 2.5" piping, t bolts, & 4ply couplers

-Eg Style radiator
-Battery relocation
-Wire Tuck
-Obd0 to Obd1 conversion harness
-Hasport motormounts
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-3 bar map(gonna order next weekend)
-Some kind of aftermarket traction bar to fit eg style radiator into the CRX i dont feel like cutting the stock crossmember 8)

Yet to do

-Tuning(probably head down to Cincinnati to be tuned by Dave Blunder)
-Ek cluster swap/conversion
and more

my head

Intake manifold setup with some goodies for the head

Skunk2 Intake manifold/RC750cc injectors/Skunk2 70mm Throttle body/GoldenEagle Fuel Rail

Crower titanium Retainers

Crower Stage 1 turbo cam

Skunk2 titanium valve springs

Skunk2 0.5mm oversized valves

My Block(Eagle Rods/Vitara pistons/micropolished and balanced crank)

BlockGaurd and Arp studs

Plx m300 Wideband

NOTE: this is when i was assembling my motor with my old turbo setup which was a t3t4 garrett 57 trim, i was told it was a 60 but it doesnt look like a 60-1

AND FINALLY!!!

the top mount manifold installed

this is the red one that im gonna swap everything into(i just bought it recently, cost me a good penny too)

hoping to get some good numbers, im just waiting on parts now, should be done pretty soon finally,

It's nice to see some nice, reasonable, daily driver builds on here.

The Edelbrock manifold will make more power than the skunk2 manifold..

And with this setup i would easily see 250+whp on pump gas. you shouldnt need race gas to hit 400 whp.
I Hear that top mounts don't offer a very usable power band for dd boost come on later than it would with a ram horn etc...the reason i went with a ram horn was cause i wanted a fuller power band..
and why go with a stage 1 crower cam? Id recommend either a bisi turbo cam or comp cam.. just my opinion.

But its a very nice build just the same..

I was wondering how are you going to do the conversion for the obd0 to obd1.. You going to get wire harness adapter or no?
