Hello! Today i just bought my 1st crx, not my first honda though. My first car was 96 Integra Ls, i loved it absolutely loved it! I sold that to get a 86 5.0 Mustang GT which i deeply regret. Anywho

Its a 91 Crx not sure which make tho, i bought it from a very close friend for $700, not bad, it has 127k miles on a stock d15 besides in intake. 5spd trans, its flat black its kind of beat but it is my project and my daily, i will end up painting it not sure which color, i do plan on doing a b18b1 swap since i am very experienced with that motor. I am still a little newb with hondas and cars in general, basically why i joined so i can learn. I plan on keeping this for a looong time, i just got it and love it! Gas is great, handling and everything else is good!

it definitely needs a drop, so if anyone has a pair of coil overs for sale let me know ill be saving up for some soon.

what plans do you have for the car

 

well 1st need to drop it so i need to get ahold of some coilovers

then just save up keep up with maintence

then get an all black paint job

then figure out how to do a b18 swap!

 

my homeboy got lucky one time at a junk yard and picked up a set of sknunk2 coilovers for 60 bucks and there were still new. you gona do everything yourself? are you gona convert the car to obd1?

lol kseries is out of my budget, yea tomorrow im going to go to a couple junkyards and see if i can find any goodies,

hopefully ill make some friends around the area that can help and na i want an obd2

the car is a good start, but the owner before certainly molested it, almost bought a tahitian green 1991 honda civic cx in good condition earlier today it only costed $300

 

yeah but i got an estimate on a jet black paint job with the body work for 850 from a good body shop

 

you should lower it frist lol but still a sexy car

In Wisconsin? Keep her clean!
Suspension is a must! coil overs will get ya low, but the lower your go, the faster you blow the stock shocks.
I'm just saying - if ur gonna change ur springs, why not change your shocks to match, while your suspension is already off? your gonna take the whole thing apart again when the stock ones go, right? Less work = more zoom zoom lol

 

lol i got all 4 but my ex slashed a tire the day i got it LOL! so im waiting to get a tire for it. I was planning to buy ebay coilovers lower for awhile then save up for better shocks.

 

im guessing its still stock dual point fuel injection...multiport is what most people do first to these cars...as far as engine upgrades go...

 

multioint is part of the b series swap anyways. but for troubleshooting it might be good to know the MPFI conversion works before doing the engine swap.
