Default i need a high pressure fuel pump/reg

ok, im not really sure if its that high of pressure. stock pressure is 50psi (motorcycle). ive already checked the motorcycle thread with no luck. my turbo build is lacking fuel with injectors already at over 90% duty cycle. Have any of you ever broke injectors from running them at a pressure that's too high? any ideas on a regulator? I've been looking around but haven't seen any that really go that high. fuel lines and fitting look to be the same size as any honda car.

If the injectors are already at 90% then increasing the fuel pressure probably isn't the best answer. The injectors supply the cylinders and the fuel pressure supplies the injectors. You usually only want more fuel pressure if you currently are not flowing enough fuel to feed the injectors. If the problem is that the injectors are not feeding the cylinders enough, then you probably want bigger injectors (and a tuneable fuel map of course). Higher fuel pressure can squeeze more fuel through the injectors but at the cost of injector life. It would also change the fuel system characteristics so that the computer doesn't know the new fuel pressure and therefore won't know how changes in injector pulse will affect performance.

How do you think I would know if my injectors were at a given duty cycle if I didn't already have some sort of tunable fuel map? I guess I could have calculated it but to be exact, I'm at 92%, and I have fuel mapping control. I want to up my boost and yes the engine can handle it. the stock injectors are 220cc saturated but they are shorter than your typical.

you can run an intake walbro fuel pump and a inline bosch 044 pump that will raise ur fuel pressure! for a regulator i use the weldon at 95-100 base psi http://t1raceparts.com/en/products/d...regulator.html
or a fuel lab regulator will handle high pressure also.
