Rare? What are these wheels?

These wheels came on my 94 Acura Integra RS. I have never seen them before and I haven't found them online.

What are they?

How rare are they?

What are they worth if I get them cleaned up?

I'm polishing them now...

they look quite like the acura legends..but thats a random and most likely wrong guess

Yeah look like Legend wheels. I would say I am 95% certain.
