ef springs...

hey i was just wondering if i put a set of stock ef springs into my eg will it lower it slightly? my buddy has a set lying around and i just wanted to know if anyone has done this or if it works

anyone? i have to go for a vehicle inspection soon and my coils wont pass the way they are and i dont want to go buy new ones....

why not just put them on for inspection?

not 100% sure if the springs alone will lower it, but the whole spring/shock combo will lower it about an inch.
