Vacuum lines with ZC swap?

Vacuum lines with ZC swap?
I have 5 vacuum lines that are on the CRX HF: #'s 21, 10, 12, and 16. Then there is the big red one(I know where this one goes)..... I know that some of these get plugged...but which ones? Also, which one is for the map sensor? Thanks all!
