Anyone have any experience with an ABS Civic Type R Lip for a 99 EK? I heard the molds come out with small bumps on the lip as opposed to a smooth surface. Can anyone say if this is true or not?

I know if I want the "true JDM" look I should buy OEM, but no $$ = replica.

I never had one, but i've seen plenty in person. never seen the bumps, but alot of them have bad fitment that I see.

replica's are all different. some suck and some don't, so it really just depends on where your getting it from? also abs tends to brake easy so if your car is low go with the poly lips. trust!

i purchased the abs lip for my ej1 a few days ago and should be arriving on fri. wish i would have done a bit more research on it. i am going to be pissed if it fits like crap.

 

Got my ABS lip in and had absolutely no fitament issues. Fits like a glove. satisfied.
