Default Blown head gasket from car sitting in garage over winter?

Got a 1992 Acura Integra DA LS. Was stored in un-heated garage over winter. Went to start, let it run for 10 minutes, turned it off. I looked in between the head and block, looks like a liquid coming out, I assume coolant. Could the head gasket have gone bad during the time it sat? Any input is appreciated.

i highly doubt it. find exactly where it is leaking from before you make assumptions.

Is it REALLY cold where you are? Maybe the coolant froze in the water jacket. Highly doubtfulm but who knows...
