Shitty to hear... I'm so happy I don't live out there anymore. Mainly, because I couldn't sleep at night for fear of my car(s) getting stolen. Right now I am happy to say I am out of town and know my 2 cars are blocked in behind my Yukon and cargo van (it was $100, can't blame me for buying it). And if anyone did mess with them, my dogs would freak out, and my girlfriend is a hell of a shot
Hope you guys recover the cars. When I was living off of 4th in Marysville 6 years ago, both my roommates' cars were stolen in the same week. Both found unmolested, but they were stolen the same way, so we figure it was the same person. I'm sure if my car didn't have a blinking light it would have been stolen too.

Both my cars have a tricky little anti-theft set up too... my friends can't figure it out after I've clearly explained it to them
^Agreed. I also like having dogs, that IMO is the best form of security. If they hear ANYTHING out of place they make sure I am awake and know about it.
I have Labs. Not too "tough" stereotype, but I don't question that they wouldn't let anyone walk through the front door of the house without attacking, and I know for a fact they don't let anyone in our yard without making sure I'm awake to check it out (Even if they hear a cat outside, they freak).
