like the title says when i hit the pedal it will got almost to the rev limiter but not all the way it stops at 7k rpm and bogs down to 6k and once it hits 6k goes back up to 7k idk what the deal could be can u guys help me out

Rev limiter makes sense, but they dont make it "bog" down an entire 1k worth of RPMs. It will bounce on the limiter and drop by maybe 3-4 hundred.

 

it does that to save you from your own stupidity, the red on the guage is red for a reason, fortunately your car knows better then to let you continue revving above 6800rpm which is the cars actual redline.
