car is in time, has fuel, fuel relay is fine, ecu is fine, but no spark. replaced dizzy cap and rotor button, but dizzy gets power when you spin it over, but it wont crank. any help?

well here is the entire story. its a 97 del sol obd 2a to obd1 ecu conversion harness, chipped p06 ecu, d16y7 bottom end, vitara pistons, eagle rod,s cometic head gasket, hondata intake manifold gasket, greddy 15psi cast iron turbo kit, gsr throttle body, d16y8 intake manifold, rx7 460 cc saturated injectors, 255lph fuel pump, d16z6 head, titanium valves, arp head studs and rod bolts. it is running a d16y8 engine harness with a rywire obd2 to obd1 distributor adapter. took the coil cap and rotor button from the y8 distributor and put it into the z6 dizzy. and still doesn't get fire
