they are brand new! i bought them about a month ago from ebay, click the link...

totaled the car i was going to use these on, so no need for them now...
they come with the spacers and longer bolts...everything you see in the picture on the link...NO CLIPS
I will try to take pictures tonite when i get home and PM anybody who is interested
looking for $315 shipped/paypaled, again they are BRAND NEW!!
