f22 help
It will fit but not worth the trouble IMO.
Do a complete DOHC H22 or SOHC F22B1 if all you want is VTEC.
You have to remember that you already have a head with great port geometry. That is known to flow extremely well. What more are you looking for? Is VTEC the only reason for this swap? With an F tranny and stock bottom end your not going to hit VTEC liek you would in an H22 anyway.
On the other hand. I would say stick with the F22A1. There is a lot of aftermarket support for the SOHC F22 heads now a dayz. Plus I would say that it's cheaper to build an F22A1 head than it is an H22. The F22A1 only has 1 cam, single springs and no F#@king VTEC crap to get in the way.

sounds like a lot of work, for not so impressive gains.
If you have the money why don't you get yourself a bolt on turbo kit?
My buddy rocks 7 psi all day on a stock bottom end, no problem.
Think about it.
