so i'm a pretty big noob at all this but here it goes.. last thursday i was driving a lost control and ended up in a ditch. i fixed the car by painting bumper and fender and hiring someone to replace control arms, stabilzer and cradle cuz when i drove it rubbed and wasn't driveable... so i got it fixed and have been driving it but lately i've noticed it loses control like at random times i think... today i was driving on the freeway and it was raining and i lost control... here's some stuff i think could be the problem.. it has brand new tires so that can't be a problem, i am not sure if brakes would make a difference but i dont lnow how bad they are, it has an aftermarket steering wheel maybe which can be the problem plzzzzzzzz help me out cuz im scared to drive it...

 

What made you loose control the second time when it was raining? What happened before hand?

 

sounds like you need to check all your front end components such as tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings, and steering then take it to alignment shop.

 

ok. well i look into that.. r u sure one of those is the problems? and also the first time when i ended in the ditch it had been raining the night before but today it was raining and nothing happened before i was just rolling smoothly and lost control and had to press the brakes before switching 3 lanes...

 

Is there a possibility here that you're the problem? How do you just loose control, twice; Unless it really is a mechanical issue with the car, you haven't described any vibrations, squeeks, noises, ect.
