On my 94 integra I'm trying to remove the seven rivets in the cowling at the bottom of the windshield. I was told there are some little rubber gromets that will leak water if they are old. Thanks for any help

 

Im a little confused by what you are trying to get out of your post

But if you are asking if there are grommets have rubber seal that can leak, then no-they are just hard plastic caps that pop in and hold the trim in place. You can pop them out with a small thin flathead screwdriver. I was missing a couple for a while and I didnt get any leaks
