I got this teg with a CF hood in great cond. but i bought an OEM hood but it needs some paint and a few dents fixed. But im between which one to rock, so the look of the car is goin to be:

5 lugs conversion
white ITR wheels
ITR front lip

This is how the car looked when i got it:


Now (winter look)


So lmk what u think it will fit best with the look of the car.OEM hood or CF hood?

 

Peeling paint on your hood looks like butt. Hell, I can see it in the pictures which says something in itself. Then again, the steelies need to go too.

 

I think the cf hood with a cf hatch would be sick.

 

i think u should put the oem hood and give me ur cf one

 

i like the CF hood. i should be picking one up myself sometime soon.

If you're going to use it on the track often, CF hood and trunk would look good. If not, keep the hood OEM, OEM looks better IMO.

 

I already put that on my first post buddy. The hood needs a new paint and im putting ITR wheels.That pics is how the car look now since its winter in Pittsburgh.

The only thing i have doubt is if the CF hood would look good with white ITR wheels.Thanx for ur response.

 

yeah, CF might not look all that great with the white ITR's

 

if you are going to paint the OEM hood, paint both.

 

+1 if you're going to do any painting, just paint the CF hood.

At least rock the cf hood until you get the busted oem one fixed then you have two options..When i had both i would change them out for whatever mood i was in

 

reminds me of my car.. milano red with CF... cant go wrong with that..

You should do this. That way, you won't be like "I shoulda never painted my CF hood."
Rock it when you fell like rocking it, then come winter time switch to the OE hood.

Who knows you might change your mind on what looks better once you have both.
