Icon2 car starts but dies after a couple of seconds?

I'm running into a bit of a problem HT. I have a 1993 accord. Just yesterday my car started reacting funny, the rpm needle just drop. And when i try to accelerate there is no response,it is also back firing and spitting out,and it smells like gas is coming out of the muffler. It would run,but after a couple of seconds it shut's off. And it would have a hard time starting back up again. I pulled the spark plug wire, when i got to cylinder #2 the car shut's off. So i determined i needed a tune-up,after driving it around the block it did it again,so im like WTF? But when i checked again,it was cylinder #4. Now its just jumping from another. I'm thinking its either the ICM MODULE going bad,or my fuel pump is going bad? So any idea's would help....

P.S.
No CEL, i also have a lot of oil in the spark plug compartment.
