Well I have a 1990 ED civic hatch I had circuit overload before but I fixed it.Now I only have one code and that is 6 which is ECT engine coolant temp. But I have spark and I have fuel but car wont start.I also have skunk2 mani so all vac. hoses are blocked off map sensor on tb.I ran four wires to ecu which was for TDS and CPS.But car still wont start timing is also correct so Im stomped help please. Did multiport using angel fire intructions.

A faulty or missing TW sensor (a.k.a. ECT sensor) can cause hard starting or a no-start condition due to grossly improper air:fuel mixture. You should look further into that problem.
tried that still didnt work I advanced it a little and it didnt help the motor has some aggresive cams but I dont think that would affect anything.
How would it cause improper air fuel mixture? And on my harness I dont see a plug for it my harness came from a dpfi 1990 ef.

What is this about "aggressive cam"? Did you just install this now or did the engine run with it previously?
Have you ever operated a lawnmower or other small carbureted engine? What do you have to do on a cold start-up? Think about it.
The harness should have a plug for it. If it doesn't, then you should get another harness. All fuel-injected Hondas have a TW/ECT sensor.
The sensor is screwed into the cylinder head directly under the distributor. It has a 2 pins and a round black or white plastic shroud.
