ok long story short i sold a 2000 civic hood to a guy with a 98
i told him BEFORE he bought it he would have trouble making it fit his car...
now he is askng me all this **** on how to make it fit and i have no idea besides completely changing the front end to a 99-00

so can he change the latch to a 99-00 hood latch and will it latch?

 

lol unless he is a friend i would tell him to figure it out himself... this is of course assuming you really did tell him that it was a 2000 hood.

if you bought a CAI knowing it was for an integra and it didn't fit your civic would you expect the place you bought it from to tell you how to make it fit?
