i had a old GSR block. and im swapping a new GSR block. im using the same GSR head tho.
but there is a coolant hose that is missing on the new one.
its at the end of the water passage (passenger side) and goes to the the head.
its like a secondary little hose next to the big fat one (that goes to the radiator).

heres a picture. im pointing to it.


that thing im pointing to doesnt have that on my new GSR block. i guess thats a difference between OBD0, OBD1 and OBD2? dont know.
someone help me out! im so close to finishing the swap. what do i do? just cap it?

so what do i do if its not on the new block. like there is no hole there or anything.

 

just woke up and need to get my car running bump. im about to just cap it and see what happens....

just swap you old housing onto your new setup so that you maintain the stock hose setup for your car.

 

cap it or get a new thermo housing from a b16 or ls or unthread the fitting and go to a parts store and find a plug/bolt that fits.
