250 dynojet probably isn't going to happen on that setup and it probably won't make power past 8400-8600. It looks like a good setup for auto x though. You don't need to be concerned with turning a motor that hard for auto x especially. You only need to go about 60-64 mph in 2nd gear on 90% of the courses you will come across. Going to 3rd gear just wastes time.

If you want to make that big power, you are going to have to put a pretty serious motor together.

You can still rev to 9500 even if peak power starts to fall off lower. Its still probably making good power up there, but you aren't drag racing. In auto x, you are putting the car in 2nd gear and then running the entire course, so you are going to want this car to have a fat midrange and make power from 3500 up for when you go through slower corners. A lot of guys drop down to 1st gear in that situation, and that is not the fastest way around the course. Auto x is all about the line and smooth application of braking and power.

If you are going to turn the motor that hard, just make sure you have enough valve spring to handle it.

I Plan on getting some Dual Valve springs, just need to research and see which ones will work with my set-up.

You will need sleeves to bore to 84mm.

Looks like a nice setup but I don't see it passing the 230 mark

Great. I figured someone who has put this much detail into building an engine would use a girdle. Have you chosen a single vendor for the girdle? I am trying to do some research and think I am comfortable going with Endyne for $195.00.

Anyways it sounds like a great build do you have any pics of the port and polish?
