parts have been sitting around too long since i havent drove the teg for a while!
I have a turbonetics turbo kit with ReAL spearco acura intercooler and charge kit im looking to get rid of. Everything you need except the manifold.
almost ready to boost!
heres what you get:
Turbonetics SPEARCO 50trim BB t3/t4-H Turbo Kit made specifically to fit the integra!
Do not be fooled by cheaper E-Bay immitations!
Made 290whp 200ft lbs. tq at 8 psi!!!! Bone Stock GSR, full spool at 3700rpms!
Turbo is upraded with turbonetics stage 2 turbine wheel, potential to
grow and expand hp #'s to 400+
ALMOST READY TO BOOST-all YOU will need to complete this set-up is a
T3 flanged turbo manifold, oil drain line and fuel management for
tune!
5000 miles on all parts EXCEPT turbo and injectors with 400 miles
Turbonetics description:
All Turbonetics turbo kits feature NASA inspired ceramic ball bearings
to ensure maximum durability and a super smooth operation. In
addition, the turbo utilizes a single bearing structure to help dampen
the critical frequencies that typically plague dual bearing designs.
The results are 50 times more thrust capacity and 25% percent quicker
spool-up over conventional bearings.
To stabilize boost pressure, a computer analyzed wastegate is included
with Turbonetics turbo kit. These wastegates can comfortably handle
400+ horsepowers. They consist of a cast 304 stainless body, Nitronic
60 stainless steel one-piece valve, a rolling type diaphragm and
polished aluminum billet cap. Its compact design allows it to fit into
even the tightest spots without compromising any performance. In some
cases it can outflow its competition by as much as 20%.
Likewise, to vent excess boost pressure a Raptor By-Pass/Blow-Off
valve is included. They are fully polished and feature a 1.5” (38mm)
valve, adjustable preload, sealed valve stem, 1.5” (38mm) discharge,
O-Ring sealed valve seats, and a rolling diaphragm design.
The entire turbo system is cooled using a Spearco W.A.V.E. technology
Air-to-Air intercooler system. The Wide Area Vane Effectiveness or
W.A.V.E. technology provides the most efficient heat exchange possible
by maximizing the surface area and utilizing a complex network of
highly effective vanes. This revolutionary new Spearco intercooler
decreases temperatures by as much as 30 degrees when compared to
conventional tube n’ fit designs. In addition, Spearco’s patent
pending manufacturing process allows these cores to withstand extreme
pressures of over 200psi.
Connecting the Turbonetics turbo kit together is aluminum piping, high
pressure silicone hoses and Heavy Duty T-Bolt Clamps. In addition,
mandrel bent down-pipes, a high carbon cast steel exhaust manifold and
an intake system complete with AF-1 air filters offer exceptional
exhaust gas flow throughout the system.

perfectly into any integra usdm radiator support RARE 450 hp capable
(other hondas may need mod) please take note so there are no suprises
Integra did bottom out at one time denting the bottom of the
intercooler a little bit all fins in great condition!
Turbonetics t3/t4 50 trim turbo- rebuilt 400 miles ago by T1 Race
Development ($600 rebuild can provide reciept) Has sat in my storage
facility off car since rebuild(note:backs are over all turbo inlets to
protect against dust), NO SHAFT PLAY, I can also record vid if you
would like to prove NO SHAFT PLAY with this, bid with confidence
Turbonetics 2.25 Intercooler piping kit with turbonetics silicone
couplers and clamps-Original Turbonetics fuel delivery was the 2 extra
injector bungs you see near the throttle body are closed off, you do
not need them i provide a set of injectors for you as well!
Precision 525cc High Imp Injectors - were replaced at same time of
turbo rebuild 400 miles on the injectors (injectors are a matching
flow bench set) buyer will need OBD1 injector clips($15)
Turbonetics Evolution 38mm wastegate-comes with 8lbs spring
Turbonetics Raptor blowoff Valve
Turbonetics 2.5 inch downpipe with option to run dumptube back into
it, buyer will also recieve a custom 3 inch downpipe to run for more
power (could use replacement of flex section but has no exhaust leak)
Dumptube can be kept as is, where it dumps exhaust gas by the front of
driverside wheel or can be rewelded to flow back in turbonetics
2.5inch downpipe

yes this will bolt up perfectly to any integra... the only thing that you will need is a manifold.... and you can get a good log style manifold for around $100 maybe even cheaper if you want a used one

alright thanks for responding, cuz im definatly considering going boost in the near future if i keep my car. just to get that little kick haha. looks like a good kit hopefully you get a quick sale if not ill gladly buy it later on haha g/l
