Default heating up problem 95 LS

ok so i got a 95 ls with a jdm b18c-r and for some reason when the car sits and heats up it only gets to 170 (normal is 200 i think) degrees, then if i drive it or turn the heat on it slowly makes its way down to the C on the gauge again and wont come back on until i sit at idle without the heat on for like 20 min i have no idea wats wrong but everything stock and ive already replaced the fan switch(on thermoustat housing), ect sensor(under VTEC solenoid to the right) and flushed the coolant twice the only thing i can think of is the thermostat(inside housing), radiator cap and ECT switch(under vtec solenoid to the left the one with the nipple), so i wanted some other experienced inputs befor i spend more money any help will be appreciated thanks

Just sounds like your termostat failed and is stuck open. My integra was like that too when i bought it. The needle would only go up about 1/3-1/2 way at idle and when you drove, especially coasting in neutral, will make the temp drop back down. Was a cheap and easy fix.

btw, normal operating temp is typically around 170-190*.
