Default bearing clearances for b18b

im rebuilding the bottom end of my b18b for a turbo build, this is its first rebuild, 180,000 miles, could i get away with using standard size ACL bearings? what is the desired oil clearances for the main and rod bearings? i plan to get the ls rods re freshed and shotpeened.

i searched the forum but couldnt find a how to plasti-gauge, i want to check the clearances before i throw these in, i dont want to spin one...anyone got a good link to b series bottomend rebuild thread?
thanks alot guys

thanks bro, that was a nice step by step, i knew plasti-gauging was simple, but i just had to see it done, im all alone in the honda game in my town, im teachin my self with a couple books and H-T. do you think the clearances will be way over if i just put standard bearings back in? im curious, i quess i will find out.
