Default replaced head gasket but still no improvement. what should i do?

If you care to read the whole story - https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/help-honda-tech-b18-will-start-but-had-no-power-after-water-pump-install-2709682/

ok, so after all this time, i am still dealing with this whole issue. The timing was the problem so the car ran fine......FOR ABOUT 15 min. Basically, the head gasket blew as i had chocolate milk on the oil dipstick. It seems the car runs fine when cold but after a short time it loses all power
So a week later, i have replaced the head gasket and the car ran fine on the way to autozone to get oil to flush the old out. However on the way back, It is doing the exact same thing except no smoke from tailpipe. I let it sit for a few minutes and was able to drive it home fine( i live like a mile away from the incident)
So i cant really tell for sure whats going on because i still had chocolate milk from the previous that i hadnt flush out yet.

I didnt get the head resurfaced because i took a straight edge to the head and it looked flat as could be. Also, there does not seem to be anywater or oil in the cylinders( at least through the spark plug holes) Im pretty sure the heads warped but i want to make sure beforehand or could it be something else?

Head could be cracked, should have had it vacuum & pressure tested while it was off.

Did you check the head with a straight edge and feeler gauge for warping? Did you torque the hed bolts progressively and in the order prescribed in the Helm manual? Did you use a new head gasket?
