FS in PA: 92 Civic DX EG Hatch (Black color) shell rolling chassis

i have pulled the engine from my 92 Civic Hatch and now am looking to sell the "rolling chassis". the body is not in the best condition, some rust on the rear quarter panels, needs a front bumper cover, paint on roof is faded, but the glass is still in it and has no cracks etc. interior is STRIPPED except for black GSR seats and the stock gray dash. below is the rest of the mods and parts currently on it as it sits now. but i can remove the exhaust, fuel pump or possibly other small items to lower the cost. any questions feel free to ask, just PM me. i'll post up some pics as soon as i can. i'm located in Eastern PA near NJ.

99 GSR full suspension and brake swap with OEM sway bars
--newer brake booster with 15/16" MC, GSR prop. valve
--newer OEM endlinks and ES sway bar bushings
--Hawk HPS pads front and rear
--OEM rotors
--*rear calipers, pads and rotors need to be replaced*
--Skunk2 adjustable camber kit on front with brand new ball joints
--Engalls adjustable camber kit on rear
--15 month old KYB GR-2 shocks (very low miles, not my daily driver)
--Ground control coilover kit, used for 4 years (some parts replaced)
--Mugen style front strut bar
--Integra OEM lower front chassis reinforcement bar
--rear Neuspeed lower tie bar, painted black
--rear upper "generic" red strut bar
BRAND NEW (about 200 miles at most) Walbro 255LPH HP fuel pump
"KTeller" 2.5" SS exhaust system, 3 1/2 years old except for the resonator--2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel piping, 2.5" high flow cat, 14" SS resonator (put on about 16 months ago), Magnaflow straight through muffler painted black. cost me $550+labor for this exhaust system

EX gauge cluster with tach
to make it "moveable" i'll throw on some old stock wheels/tires
a working alarm system
the passenger side headlight bracket and corner light have been replaced since the pics were taken (just ignore the clear tape on the corner light in the pic below)
in the past 2 years the following parts have been replaced with new units, with low miles since being installed:
Brake booster with Civic EX master cylinder
clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and flex line
both front wheel bearings
both axles (if you wanted to buy them seperately)
both front Skunk2 camber kit ball joints
i will include the extra parts i have for it:
pair of used GSR rear brake calipers
front passenger side fender (Teal color)
now this is what it needs:
passenger side mirror, is there but won't lock tight in place 100%
rear brake calipers, rotors and pads replaced (calipers are seizing shut)
front bumper cover
new fender/wheel well liner on the front passenger side
3 new ball joints, 2 on the passenger side and 1 on the driver side
possibly some body work if you so choose (fix the rust issue on the rear and some fresh paint), otherwise it's cosmetic
