Default Transmission problems

ok i drove my car all throughout the day yesterday and the car ran fine. i drove to my girlfriends house last night with no problems as well.

well i just went out side to leave and i started the car as normal and let it run for about 2-3 minutes while i talked on the phone.

After that i pressed in the clutch and proceeded to place it in reverse. The car then GRINDED like a bitch. so i was like WTF i tried again and the same thing happend.

i then tried to place the car in 1st gear but it the shifter wouldnt budge into place, and if i listen closely i can hear the ideal drop. its drops about 100-200 rpms when i try to place it into any gear other then reverse.

I checked my fluids etc..and everything is normal.

could it be my clutch is ****ed or is the transmission ****ed ?

thanks for any help!!!!

Default Re: Transmission problems

Check CMC and CSC for leaks, replace as needed. Bleed the clutch system. If those are good, pull the trans and inspect the clutch assembly. Replace if needed. If that is good, send the trans out to be rebuilt.
