Icon3 Honda Gods I summon you!!! please help!!

hey H-T i need your help!!! I have a 93 ex coupe with a b16a2 swap and i've been trying to get this car started ever since the swap but I hear a weird noise coming from the new ebay starter when I crank it, just hear for yourself:

ALL of that noise is coming directly from the starter i can hear and feel it.
Let me know if u guys have ANY ideas on what it might be causing it to make that noise..

(P.s. let me know if video does not work)

i know i should have!!! the ebay seller made it sound like a bargain and it was BRAND spanking new so i dont know wtf is going on, it could be that i tried starting it with only one bolt holding the starter to the engine loll

but will autozone test it if i take it out and bring it to them???

it doesnt matter if it only has one bolt holding it, as long as its tight and the starter is in correctly. and yes autozone will test it out for you for free

If you hear the starter turning over, then the starter is working. Why take it out to have it tested if you can hear it work?
Start with the basics. Do you have fuel getting to the cylinders? Do you have spark at the spark plugs?
By listening to the cranking, it kinda sounds like the compression is off. Id double check the camshaft timing if everything else checks out.
