Default code 16 + longer it sits harder to start?

I have a b16 swapped ef throwing code sixteen ice swapped injectors and ecu just to weed out. The fuel relay clicks and I hear the pump. But it struggles up and down rpm for a few cranks and then manages to come to life. But if I hit gas to early it just dies untill I get off the gas quickly.. Besides this it runs great... Does anyone have any ideas???? I'm starting to think bad fpr or fuel pump and I'm losing initial fuel pressure over the period of time it sits.

Check the injectors with a noid light. Then measure the resistance of each injector with a meter.

Borrow a fuel pressure gauge from a parts store and check your fuel pressure. You may want to grab a new filter while you're there if you haven't replaced it in awhile.

Does the fuel pump prime? If not, check the fuses and then the relays. If it does prime, the CEL bulb is probably burnt out.

So pin a13 breaks from harness clip (cel) really what are the odds? Pisses me off. And I find ppin d22 has done the same thing car runs. I'm going to have to splice past the clip. Anybody know what the d22 pin controls and how bad its disconnection could be or could it be causing my code by chance?

Hooked it all back up=d22 was bridged to O2 sensor harness and ran to green/white wire after clip no change in code. How cani Tell if its 16 or 10 and 6 on the blinks? Help me out guys thanks. It flashes 6 short first and then one long.
